Australia's AI career platform

Start your career where graduates actually get hired.

Most job boards hand you a giant pile of listings and no idea where to begin. Gradaroo starts from a simple truth: the organisations that hire a lot of a university's graduates tend to keep hiring them. So that's where your search should start.

We're upfront about our data.

Curated employer lists

For several universities, employer lists are compiled from public, regional employment sources — a genuine reflection of where graduates commonly work.

Clearly labelled estimates

For others, we show the state's largest graduate employers — a useful starting point, labelled so you always know what you're looking at.

No scraping, ever

We don't scrape LinkedIn or any site's private data. Job listings come from a proper jobs API; employer lists are curated from public information.

Good to know.

How does Gradaroo work?

Pick your Australian university and Gradaroo shows the organisations its graduates commonly work for, then pulls live job openings at those employers. You can filter by area of interest, or upload your resume for an AI skills match.

Is Gradaroo free?

Yes — completely free, with live graduate job listings across Australia. If it helps you, there's an optional Ko-fi tip jar, but nothing is paywalled.

Which universities are covered?

40 Australian universities, sorted by QS World University Ranking, from Charles Darwin University and the University of Melbourne through to regional institutions.

What happens to my resume?

It depends which tool you use. With GradIQ in Gradaroo Search, your resume is read in your browser and the file never reaches us — we keep only the job areas it matched. The Resume Converter works differently: our Data & Privacy page explains exactly what is kept and how to have it deleted.
